Robert Pettit, one of ConeTech’s founding shareholders, is a graduate of Columbia University and of Cornell University’s Executive Program. After 20 years with Arco, where he became Western Hemisphere Vice President of a major division, he left to enter the real estate business and for many years has run his own successful commercial real estate company. ConeTech had several times called on his business skills on a consultancy basis before inviting him to join the Board.
Steven Siglin, also a founding shareholder, is a graduate of Georgetown Law School and has divided his 40-year career between 20 years of private practice and in-house legal counsel to several major corporations, including Century 21 and Pridemark Corp. He was ConeTech’s legal counsel from 1991 to 2006, when he became Executive VP and General Counsel of Cotti Foods Corp., one of the country’s largest franchise operators.
Randall C. Clifton, is known throughout the wine industry for his role during 14 years as Chief Operating Officer at Kendall Jackson. He guided KJ’s rise from 240,000 cases to 5.5 million cases during those years while overseeing global marketing, sales, winery and vineyard operations in 8 countries, and 1,200 employees. Previously he held senior positions at Brown-Forman and Guild Vineyards. He received his biology degree and MBA in Operations from CSU Stanislaus.
William M. Noonan, spent his entire career as a business consultant for Fortune 500 companies. He has considerable international experience in information systems planning, design, and implementation, consumer products industry profitability improvement, and change management. Before his retirement he was a partner in the consulting practices of Pricewater houseCoopers LLP in San Francisco and Rio de Janeiro. He received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
