Aaron Silverstein

Aaron graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Enology and Viticulture. Over the last ten years he has worked in production roles at wineries in the United States and Spain, and at breweries and distilleries in the United States. In 2017, he joined Advanced Beverage Technologies’ ConeTech team as a Production Enologist, and now holds the position of Managing Directory, BevZero.

Chris Anderson

Chris graduated U of Alaska in Food Science. He has been brewing beer and winning awards since the age of 23. Chris co-founded Coachella Valley Brewing Company and held positions including owner, co- founder, acting COO and Brewmaster. Chris has worked in the craft beer industry for 25 years earning over 400 medals and ribbons

Gregorio Blanco
Quality and R&D ManagerSpain
Gregorio studied Agricultural Technical Engineering and decided to pursue a degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Castilla – La Mancha, Spain. In addition, he has received certification for Food Safety, regulation, and audits. He spent several years working in different companies in the food industry before starting at ConeTecn in July 2018 as a laboratory assistant. He currently works as Head of Quality and R&D.
EspañaGregorio estudió Ingeniería Técnica agrícula y decidió cursar el grado de Ciencia y Tecnología de los alimentos en la Universidad de Castilla – La Mancha, España, y un Master en Seguridad Alimentaria, reglamentación, certificación y auditorías. Pasó varios años trabajando en diferentes empresas de la industria de alimentos antes de comenzar en ConeTech en Julio de 2018 como asistente de laboratorio. Actualmente trabaja como Responsable de Calidad y de R+D+I.

Gustav Fouche

Gustav graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Oenology and Viticulture from the University of Stellenbosch and received an MBA from University of Stellenbosch Business School. With over 12 years winemaking experience and production management in various regions across South Africa Gustav joined the Conetech team in 2018.

Jessica Smith
Enologist / Director of OperationsUSA
Jessica graduated from U. C. Davis with a degree in Viticulture and Enology in 2011. While attending U.C. Davis, Jessica worked as an intern at Scribner Bend Vineyards and was promoted to Winemaker and Viticulture Manager post graduation. Jessica was awarded multiple medals and recognition for her wines during her career at Scribner Bend. Jessica joined ConeTech as Production Enologist in 2014.

Jane Milligan

Jane Milligan graduated from London University in Food Science, Masters of Science in Enology at University of California, Davis. 17+ years at Beringer including Research Winemaker, member of the Senior Winemaking Team, and Director of Consumer/Winemaking Insights. President of American Society of Enology and Viticulture and VP Global Business Development at Tragon Corp.

Kayla Winter
Wine MakerUSA
Kayla earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Enology and Viticulture at Cornell University. As a Sonoma County native, she has been working in wine production since she was 16 years old, and has gained cellar, vineyard, and laboratory experience from notable Sonoma and Napa wineries such as Chalk Hill, Raymond, Quivira, and Clos du Bois. In 2014 she traveled to Chile to work at Château Lafite Rothschild’s Viña Los Vascos. Kayla spent the last few years in the laboratory at Paul Hobbs Winery before joining the BevZero team as Winemaker.

Kelsey Quetsch
Food Scientist / R&D Laboratory TechnologistUSA
Kelsey graduated Sonoma State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. While at Sonoma State she did focused research on food related chemistry such as the study of bacteriocins and vanadium dependent haloperoxides. She has been working at ConeTech since 2018 in a temporary position, until her graduation, June 2019, in which she started full time as an R&D Laboratory Technologist. Kelsey’s previous experience in the wine industry includes Gallo and Punchdown Cellars. Since joining ConeTech, Kelsey has played a key part is helping to build ConeTech’s smoke taint treatment methodology.

Silvia Cedeño Daguerre

Silvia received a degree in Agricultural engineering from the University of Zaragoza, Spain and a second degree from La Rioja University in Winemaking. She then traveled around the world learning various methods of international winemaking. Silvia spent four years as Production Manager in a wine cooperative in D.O. Calatayud, worked in Germany in the Mosel area, and worked at About Wine and Style Consult in Neustadt Weinstrasse. Silvia joined ConeTech Iberica in 2015 as Production Enologist, quickly becoming ConeTech’s Technical Director for Europe.

Silvia se licenció en Ingeniería Agrícola por la Universidad de Zaragoza, España y una segunda licenciatura en Enología por la Universidad de La Rioja. Luego viajó por todo el mundo aprendiendo varios métodos de elaboración de vinos internacionales. Pasó cuatro años como directora de producción en una cooperativa de vinos en la DO Calatayud, trabajó en Alemania en la zona de Mosel y trabajó en About Wine and Style Consult en Neustadt Weinstrasse. Silvia se unió a ConeTech Iberica en 2015 como enóloga de producción, convirtiéndose rápidamente en la directora técnica de ConeTech para Europa.

Dylan Dowell-Ellis

Dylan graduated Stellenbosch University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Oenology and Viticulture (specializing in Oenology). He has also obtained diploma’s in Digital marketing and Entrepreneurship in recent years. With local and international experience in winemaking, marketing and production management, Dylan joined Conetech South Africa in 2019.
